How much does it cost?
Monthly bookkeeping starts at $199. Your actual price depends on your expense volume. We'll give you an exact number after a short conversation about your business.
My books are a mess. Can you fix them?
Yes. We do catch-up work to get everything current and accurate. Pricing depends on how far back we need to go, but we've seen worse than whatever you're dealing with.
Is there a contract?
No. Month-to-month. You can cancel anytime with 30 days notice.
How do I send you documents?
We use a secure app for uploads. Takes a few minutes to set up and we'll walk you through it when you start.
Do we need to meet in person?
Not unless you want to. Most clients prefer to work remotely. If you'd rather meet face to face, our office is in Richmond.
Do I need QuickBooks?
We work in QuickBooks Online. If you don't have it, we'll help you get set up. QuickBooks Online runs about $30 a month.
What do I need to do each month?
Upload bank statements and receipts through an app. Maybe 15 minutes of your time. We handle the rest.
Do you file taxes?
We don't file taxes directly, but we prepare your books so your CPA has everything they need.
Do you handle payroll?
Yes. We process payroll, handle tax deposits, file quarterly reports, and take care of W-2s at year-end.
How soon can you start?
Usually within a few days of our first conversation. If your books need cleanup, we start there. If they're current, we move straight into monthly service.

Yes. Call or text anytime. We respond the same day.
