We're a bookkeeping firm based in Richmond, working with small businesses across central Virginia. Restaurants, contractors, retail, service companies. Our typical client is either a solo operator or has up to thirty employees and needs someone reliable handling their books.
We've chosen to stay small because we've seen what happens when firms try to grow fast. Clients get passed around. Staff changes every few months. You find yourself explaining your business from scratch to a new face more often than feels reasonable.

Meet Noe Juarez
Noe is the owner of Tri-County Bookkeeping. He holds QuickBooks ProAdvisor and Payroll certifications and has a business degree from American InterContinental University.
Bookkeeping wasn't the original plan. He spent over a decade running and managing small businesses, which meant handling the books himself whether he wanted to or not. Reconciling accounts, tracking expenses, making sure the numbers were ready when the accountant or a lender needed them.
That experience changed how he thinks about financial records. He's been the person on the other side of the table, waiting on reports that were late or trying to make sense of numbers that didn't add up. He knows what owners actually need from their books and what ends up being useless paperwork.
After years of doing this for his own operations, he started helping other business owners who were in the same position he'd been in. People who knew their books were slipping but didn't have time to fix it themselves.
